This is an exceptional, beautifully furnished, 415 square foot log cabin for a quick get-away or a longer retreat time. There is a second 121 square foot bedroom in a Casita 15 feet from the cabin. Radiant floor heat, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, south-facing screened porch for year-round sunbathing. It's private, has stunning mountain and valley views, and so very, very quiet. It has a large Steam Shower! The kitchen has a Full Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster oven, Blender, Electric Kettle and Stove with Oven. There is 200 mps WiFi. Dogs are allowed with a Pet Fee.

Best getaway in Colorado

Wonderful isolated area, lots of trails to hike. It's close to Sand Dunes National Park and lovely Zapata Falls.

Perfect getaway

This is the cutest place to spend sometime to get away from the rat race. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains. The Great Sand Dunes NP is close by, as well as many, many hikes. You will totally love the steam shower after a long sweaty hike, covered in sunscreen and bug spray. The mosquitos were abundant, but the hosts provided bugs suits. It was a wonderful stay.

Father/son trip

Great trip and location for Great Sand Dunes. Quiet location. Made it nice to rest and relax, play some games with my son without the rest of the family around. Plus Zapata Falls is also close by makes for a nice get away from the dunes.

Great getaway!

This cabin was great for the perfect getaway! The views were gorgeous and we even saw deer in the back yard. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

This property was so awesome! For a small studio it flowed very well and the view over the bed was gorgeous!! Only one downside was that the bed was listed as a queen but it was definitely a full size bed. Not a big deal for me but my boyfriend is 6’2” so it was very tight for him. Still 1.5 hours from great sand dunes national park but an easy drive and probably one of the nicest options around the area. Overall we loved this place and would definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!
