The Residence Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully situated in the Olympia region of Seefeld with a view of the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the peace bell, which rings every day at 17 o'clock as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot is called the Swallow's Nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched elevation at 1200 m. The modern apartment Marchreisenspitze Top 7 is looking forward to your visit in Mosern in the Olympia Region Seefeld!

A fully equipped brand kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove & microwave is waiting for you. In the apartment there is a washing machine and a dryer. The large balcony allows you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Inn Valley. Lake Möserer is only a 10-minute walk up the mountain. He is considered one of the warmest bathing lakes in Tyrol.

The view from the balcony was amazing. All the amenities were very good and updated. There was a toy cubby for kids, my son played with it. We felt right at home and safe here. Definitely would recommend to family with kids.

We were visiting Austria and used this a central hub for a few days. The views were spectacular. Extra amenities allowed for a long term stay. Great place to enjoy the Austrian Alps.

The views are worth it all in its own. Large balcony with comfortable furniture inside and out. The beds are very comfortable and I like king size memory form mattresses. The pillows are typical Vrbo so I recommend bringing your own. The bathrooms are great! Modern and useful and spacious. The kitchen is outfitted nicely and left us needed nothing. The whole place is well thought out, safe and clean. The furniture inside is leatherish and therefore a clean feeling vs fabric. If you like to just hike, this is a great place with breathtaking views. They allow dogs and I very much appreciate taking our elderly dog, but not great for a relief area. Not a lot of waking options for dinner but several options if you drive in either direction. Great location to many beautiful towns, mittenwald, garmish, seewald, telfs… last, parking is good with full-size suvs or sedans. I highly recommend even with its limitations or because of its limitations. Last, last…comms were great on all accounts.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Sicherheits-Hürden

Sehr erholsam, tolle Lage. Die Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken wurden von Katrin Pauling souverän für uns gemeistert. Trotz Schneemangels haben wir fast alle verbliebenen Loipen intensiv genutzt.

Wohlfühlurlaub im "Schwalbennest"

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Februar in Mösern verbracht. Wir empfanden es entspannt etwas abseits des Trubels von Seeberg zu wohnen. Von unserer FeWo/Balkon hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge, in dem Ort gibt es einen kleinen familiären preisgünstigen Skiverleih, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Gastronomie, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und man kann von Mösern schöne Wanderungen bzw Spaziergänge starten und ggf auch den Bus für die Rückfahrt nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, funktional eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung hält, was sie verspricht. Wir denken gern an die Zeit zurück : )

Tolles Apartment mit phantastischem Panoramablick

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Apartment und haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Apartment ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Der Ausblick auf die Bergwelt und das Inntal ist einfach sensationell und viel schöner als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Das Apartment eignet sich wunderbar für tolle Wandertouren, weil Seefeld und auch Leutasch mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ist. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Vielen Dank auch an Frau Pauling, die sich ab dem ersten Kontakt sehr gut um unsere Belange gekümmert hat.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir möchten vorausschicken, dass es sich hierbei, entgegen des Eindrucks, der entstehen könnte, um eine absolut authentische und objektive Bewertung handelt! Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und hervorragend ausgestattet. Anders, als man dies sonst oft erlebt, verfügt die Wohnung nicht nur über ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, etc, sondern es sind auch Gewürze, Öl, Toilettenpapier, etc. in absolut ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Blick vom Balkon ist in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner, als man es voller Vorfreude aufgrund der Bilder im Inserat erwartet bzw. erhofft hat! Man kann von der Wohnung aus vielfältige Wanderungen starten, ohne ins Auto steigen zu müssen. Macht man sich doch die Mühe, das Auto zu nutzen, sind die Möglichkeiten für begeisterte Wanderer schier grenzenlos! Der Urlaub war ein Traum und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Region für uns entdeckt und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, in die Residenz Berghof zurückzukehren!!!
