L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans l’hyper Centre de Dinard. Il est conforme au descriptif. Seul bĂ©mol, l’insonorisation entre les appartements, c’est dommage !

La communication s'est trĂšs mal passĂ©e jusqu'Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. 15 emails rĂ©petifs et inutiles sans avoir l'adresse ni le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone de l'agence oĂč retirer les clefs. Beaucoup de vaisselle sale Ă  relaver avant de l'utiliser et sac poubelle abandonnĂ© dans les parties communes. Le boĂźtier portable 4G pour internet est limitĂ© Ă  2G par jour et a un dĂ©bit insuffisant. Heureusement l'Ă©quipe sur place est serviable et aimable. Bref si ces points sont corrigĂ©s, ce sera parfait.

grand appartement spacieux au bord de la mer

Ce bel appartement est trÚs bien placé dans une rue commerçante, trÚs proche de la plus grande plage de Dinard. Les lits sont excellents, l'appartement trÚs agréable avec une vue sur la mer. Malheureusement l'immeuble est ancien et les appartements ne sont pas insonorisés ! il faut marcher doucement. La cuisine est un peu petite.

Bel appartement, bien situé, agence accueillante... MAIS des murs et des plafonds en papier, voisins (à l'année) désagréables, beaucoup de bruit dans la rue, pas d'ascenseur. Stress et fatigue garantis.
