At your fingertips, all that The Lake has to offer! This is a rare first-floor condo, so the fun of swimming, fishing, water sports and floating are just a few steps away from the back porch.

Take in the stunning interior of the condo while sipping a cold drink and planning what to cook on the outside grill. Dinner can be served in the screened in porch, and later it’s perfect hanging out for snacks and games. Our bedrooms offer queen sized beds, and the living space includes a big, comfortable sectional sofa. The condo can sleep six+ comfortably. A 50-inch smart TV is ready for movie night or watching the big game. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Our fully equipped kitchen and laundry room give you all the comforts of home.

The Ridge Golf Course, Woods Supermarket, Hy-Vee and restaurants like Bend Grill & Bar, Baxter's, JB Hook’s, and Bentley’s are just minutes away. Also, down the road is the Bagnell Dam Strip and an enjoyable afternoon at the Shawnee Bluff Winery.

The condo comes with use of a 24’ boat slip and boat and jet ski rental are available at Ozark Village Resort, which is in the same cove. There is also a free boat ramp available on site.

A Nice Two Week Stay

This was our first time visiting Lake of the Ozark’s and it was a success! The place was clean and cozy with friendly neighbors. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the beds were comfortable, the pool was relaxing, & the boat slip worked out perfectly. Anna was very easy to communicate with and was quick to reply. We can’t thank you enough for the use of your place!

Family Getaway

Probably one of our favorite lake stays. Mainly due to the first level unit with screened porch, made it very convenient with small children to go back and forth to the docks/fishing/swimming. Pool was literally right behind the unit. There is a bench swing near the swim dock that we spent a lot of time on just feeding ducks and looking for turtles. Highly recommend for families of littles!!

Quiet Cove Family Fun 6/24/23-6/29/23

Beautiful and clean lakefront condo. 3 bed, 2 bath was perfect for our two couple, one single family. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook all meals there. The condo was clean and in great condition. Best part is being literally steps (like maybe 15) away from the water! We bought large inner tubes and every day we floated around the cove, enjoying the peace and quiet and the cute ducks! Anna gave me her cell number in case we had any issues, which we did not. Would highly recommend!!

Ozarks vacation

Great property. Location is perfect, close to pool and steps to the lake. Very spacious and well laid out. Only complaint would be the very uncomfortable couch. Adults got sore backs from it. It could use an upgrade. We had 2 kids, 4 and 6 and would have liked to see some toys and especially books or inside games for them . We didn't bring any, and had to go buy some games, when it rained. Kids loved everything outside. We bought fishing poles and worms, and the fishing was easy for them, from right outside the condo. Close drive to lots of restaurants and activities like State Park close by. Overall very comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend.

Property worked great for my family of 4 with a 17 year old girl and 19 year old boy. It was extremely well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, it had a ramp for our boat and had a covered slip. It is out-dated, but that didn't bother us. Beds were comfy, but a bit soft for my husbands bad back - that's our issue, not the bed's issue. Each of us slept on the couch one of the nights, and it was also comfy. It was a tad dirty - cob webs on the light fixture over the table, food crumbs on the couch (granola bar remains), and little finger prints all over the glass that looks out over the lake. It was not a big deal though, I just grabbed cleaning supplies and cleaned it in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I would definitely recommend is to explain to anyone that intends to use the ramp that the hill down to the condo in EXTREMELY STEEP. We have a 24 foot pontoon that sits on a very tall trailer and we barely made it. The ramp is also quite tricky to get backed into. I wouldn't suggest trying to get to this condo with a larger boat than ours and I would suggest telling renters to avoid the steep hill and try the side road which will also be tricky.If you like to walk - you can drive up the road to the main road and a walking trail starts right there - we utilized that several times. We didn't need anything during our stay, so we didn't reach out to the owners, but the communication during booking was fantastic. We would stay here again.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay. The condo sits in the back of a very quiet cove. The swim out dock was the perfect added touch. We used it daily and loved being able to be in the middle of the lake with a dock and no waves because of such a quiet cove. My husband and his friend enjoyed the fishing from the area also. The surrounding guests were so polite and the overall atmosphere of the complex was great. I do wish there was a larger TV in the living room to be able to enjoy a movie. It was rainy one morning and the tv was too small to really be able to sit back and watch a movie on.. along with the living room seating. Probably should look into an upgrade because it was not comfortable at all. The condo is a perfect size to be able to spread out yet still enjoy each other’s company and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a dirty pair of trunks with the boxers still inside of them in the laundry room when we arrived so that was a bit strange along with a big hair ball on the bathroom floor next to the trash, that was a turn off. However, these were probably honest mistakes the cleaning crew overlooked. We would love to come back again. Truly the best little cove I have ever stayed in. We practically spent all our time on the back porch and in the water on the swim out dock. Great place! Choose this one!

Beautifully appointed condo with amazing cove location!

By far, one of the nicest condos I have stayed in using VRBO! The condo was updated, nicely appointed and SUPER clean. The cove location is perfect for water sports, fishing and swimming. We rented a boat from the local marina and it was awesome. Also close to shopping, food and activities of the Bagnell Dam strip. It was the perfect stay!
