You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the modern kitchen. There is a kitchen table as well as bar seating that equals places for 9 people. There is a separate cabinet with a beverage fridge, cabinets and storage galore. (regular drip coffee pot)
This house features 4, 4K TVs as follows: a 70 inch in living area; a 55 inch in master bedroom and flat screen TVs in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Satellite package features premium channels including all movie channels. This home has WIFI for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.

Master suite has king bed and large bath, with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of built in bunks-- queen-over-queen. Living area has 2 sofas and extra seating for comfort.

Step outside and enjoy all the wooden deck furniture, including both two and four person gliders. What a place to enjoy time with family and friends!!
After a day at the beach, relax downstairs, in the breeze, with a 14 foot picnic table, porch swings, tiki bar area, sand shower, charcoal BBQ pit and lock-up storage. Concrete parking on Seaspray Lane side that is 80' in length, so there is plenty of parking. Don't miss out on this fabulous house for your summer vacation!

Spring break 24

This home is great for families with children and pets. Completely fenced in area and gate at top of stairs. Inside the home the living and kitchen area is very spacious for everyone to be together with a comfy feel. Easy walking access to the beach, with great views of the beach on the deck. To drive to the beach it’s one block over. The only down to the home would be that they do not provide linens or towels, this is a upcharge. Also the mattresses are in need of upgrade. For those curious, this home is in between trash can 57 & 58

Not a Keeper

The property was lovely, but many builders were out for the weekend completing projects. All of the artwork was beautiful in the home. Here's the kicker of this house: the lift was locked. These people are so hard for money that they want you to pay an additional $125.00 to use the lift. Wow, they should have informed the vacationer before they booked their beach house. It was not stated anywhere. It stated, "to transport groceries, not humans." However, we enjoy ourselves without the costly lift.

Dirty and last minute communication

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was filthy like had not been swept in weeks, downstairs bathroom was disgusting and mold in the ice/water machine on the refrigerator.

Awesome time at Kool Breeze Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful beach house. Everything we needed was provided. The decor is beautiful, Swede’s was great to work with & access to the beach is practically right out the front door. Our dog loved having the doggie door & fenced yard. The house was spotless! (3rd time renting this house, so obviously we love it & working with Swede’s.)
