Cocoonr Dinard agency offers this charming 70 m² town house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Located 5 minutes' walk from Dinard's famous market, the house comprises a pretty 24 m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen and lounge, three bedrooms and two shower rooms, one of which has a toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor:
-Access to the house via a small courtyard of 20m² (facing south-east), with terrace and garden furniture, ideal for a coffee break.
- A 24m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (including Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, fridge with 1 door with integrated freezer, three-burner induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven). A small lounge area and a dining area with a dining table for up to 8 guests.
- A double bedroom (160x200cm) with dressing area and blackout blinds.
- A shower room with Italian shower and WC

Lower level: (access by steep but secure staircase)
-A dormitory room with two bunk beds (90x195cm) that can accommodate 4 children or 4 people (beds can weigh up to 80kg), with blackout wooden shutters.
A second shower room with walk-in shower (drainage by pump)
-One bedroom with double sofa bed (160x190 with real mattress), interior wooden shutters and blackout curtains.
The bedroom gives access to a fully enclosed 50m² garden (facing north-west), equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

Neighbourhood :
- The accommodation is located in the dynamic Newquay district, a stone's throw from Dinard's media library.
- The Mimos'house is less than 15 minutes' walk from the Écluse beach and 17 minutes from the Prieuré beach (which offers the best view of St Malo) and the Port-Breton park.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is just a 4-minute walk away.
- The location of Mimos'house gives you quick access to the main roads leading to the major tourist attractions (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel and neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac and Lancieux).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space. You will find free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets. Free Raphaël Veil car park from September to June, 250 metres from the accommodation (except July and August).

- Saint-Malo train station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car.
