About this property

Walk to Beach, Golf, Pool in Beautiful Dorado Beach

This is a three story townhouse, with a master suite on the 3rd floor, totally private. The 2nd floor has two comfortable bedrooms which share a full bath. 1st floor has a powder room, living, dining and full kitchen. One parking spot in front of unit.

The unit is furnished and has everything from linens to microwave. Just bring your personal toiletry items and plenty of sunscreen.

Dorado is a coastal town, 11 miles west of San Juan and the Airport. You can enjoy the beach by day and head to Old San Juan for the nightlife or Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping center in the Caribbean. Fast food and fine dining are available locally in Dorado, as well as casinos, golfing and a local fish market.

The beach is two minutes away on foot, and the large community pool is behind the next row of townhomes, so you will never be far from the water. During the week, the beach is very quiet and crowd-free.

Continuous rounds are made by the 24 hour security guard service and gated access makes this a very secure location.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The villa has 3 bedrooms and was spacious enough for 7 adults and a teenager. Mari met us and was available if we needed anything. There is a swimming pool on the property and we were less then 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Definitely recommend this property. Did I mention that each room had its own air conditioner and each floor has a bathroom. Thank you Heran and Mari

Needs more detailing

The property is well located and has a lot of potential. Rooms lack enough storage space, since friends would be there for 3 weeks. One of the rooms had no closet or chest drawer. I ask for at least one chest drawer and it was promptly delivered. Property Manager very responsive. Closet in the master bedroom was occupied by spare towels and linens so again space was reduced. bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We asked for 3 sets of keys to access the property and so were delivered but it was not possible for the key to access the beach which in occasions was a "problem". It has no dish-washer which didn't affect much but if I were with family for me would be essential. Photos on website should be updated for accuracy: we were counting on a room with 2 twin beds and they had been substituted by one queen bed.

You get what you pay for

The villa isn’t bad. It’s only a minute away from a beautiful beach and it has essential amenities, however no tv’s other than in living room. We had to use our own Netflix/Hulu account in order to watch such. Property has tons of potential if landlord would like to make improvements

Excellent location, plenty of space and very clean

We had an amazing trip. The rental was great had a beautiful pool and the beach you can walk to in 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend this rental for family vacation

Its Very Nice. It Has 3 Floors, Balconies When You Stand On The Balcony You Can See The Beach. Very Helpful Neighbors Because I Didn’t Speak Spanish And They Helped Out.. So Again It’s Nice If You’re Staying In Dorado....If You Stay Here Pleaseeee Have Transportation Everything Is Far From You.. Uber Don’t Come To Dorado Only San Juan..And Taxis Make You Wait Hoursssss And One Way Fee Like $75Bucks So Again Pleaseeee Have Transportation...Other Than That Its Beautiful And I’ll Be Back.

Dorado is our favorite town in Puerto Rico. It is small, yet modern and has everything you need for a great vacation, even a Starbucks, which I can never get enough of. It is also the cleanest town in PR!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I fell in love with Dorado on our honeymoon and decided it was the place where we would want to keep returning to, which we've done now for the past 39 years.

What makes this property unique

Park in your assigned, numbered spot in front of the villa. Enjoy all the amenities of home, including a full kitchen, air conditioning, and all you would need in a fully furnished 3 bedroom home. Enjoy the parklike setting in the back common areas and walk in seconds to the community pool, or less than two minutes to the beach. Explore the quiet segment of the beach which is reserved for the Villas de Playa residents and gurests. The public beach is accessible via a gate, with many places to buy seafood or enjoy a drink.
You are away from the hustle and bustle of the capital, but within a short commute if you choose to explore the city of San Juan. A ferry ride from Catano, 5 miles away, will take you to Old San Juan if you prefer to avoid the traffic.
