Big Canoe

House was nice and roomy. But it was dirty and dusty. Wife felt like she had to clean. 2 of the toilets were broken. Nice location.

Joseph, we are happy to hear you liked the rental and location, but we are sad to hear it wasn’t cleaned to our standard and there were a few unusable toilets. We know this must have been disappointing, and we certainly don’t want anyone to feel like they have to clean. While we wish we had the opportunity to address these issues during your stay, we understand it’s an inconvenience to report issues on vacation and do appreciate you letting us know about your experience afterward. We sincerely apologize and have submitted your feedback to the appropriate departments to make sure this cabin is cleaned properly and the toilets are fully functional for future stays. Please know this is not the norm for us as we prioritize cleanliness for our guests’ safety and comfort. We look forward to serving you again someday!
