The upper level: family HQ with hill views

You enter through the upper level. If the heat is beating down, you'll appreciate the small terrace by the entrance to catch your breath. But it's mainly the living area that sets the tone: it sprawls generously across its square metres. Open kitchen where everyone gathers, table for lively meals, TV lounge for movie or match nights. And that terrace running along the living room, like a natural extension, perfect for lingering aperitifs or dinners under the stars, facing the Bormes hills.
On this level, three bedrooms share the nights: two with double beds, one with twin beds. Each offers proper storage space. No more suitcases lying around. A beautiful shower room and separate WC complete the floor, so no one has to wait.
The lower level: your second home within the home
Then you go down. Via an exterior staircase, you access a second universe, almost self-contained. A new living area opens up, with its comfortable sofa bed, its own kitchen and dining table. Perfect for teens who want their headquarters, or for grandparents who prefer their own rhythm. A fourth double bedroom is added here, accompanied by a large bathroom equipped with both bathtub and shower. The luxury of choice. Another separate WC, once again.
And above all, this huge terrace overlooking the garden, the private pool, and that superb olive tree that gave the house its name. This is where everything happens: the plunges, the sunbed battles, the lunches in the shade of the centuries-old tree, the barbecues that stretch on until nightfall.
