Cottage sits high on a bluff with pathways and stairs leading down to small pebbly beach with open water views. Swim float. Single floor living with relaxed gathering spaces. Four bedrooms, two baths plus outdoor shower, enclosed porch, internet access, fireplace and outdoor shower. Private lot with well equipped cottage. Pet Restriction and Pet fee. (for map location see below) DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE
Waterfront/Lot Description: Level lot around cottage in wooded setting. An extensive path leads down to a pebbly beach. Has a swim float but NO dock or mooring.
Bedrooms: Four, all on 1st floor.1 Q, 2 w/fulls; one w/twins. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)

Perfect place to sit back, escape and get away with family. My son was getting married in the area and we wanted a place that was close by and would allow us to bring our dog. We were so lucky to find this property. The pictures do not come close to how beautiful the house/property is. Communication was great and we had a wonderful time. This place is SPECIAL

Rustic and Pleasant

This cottage is classic Maine rustic which is exactly how it is depicted and exactly what we were looking for when booking. Check in was easy and the house had everything we needed while there. We enjoyed the waterfront and the fact we could bring our dog too. Eric was responsive for our singular question we had during our stay.

Beautiful setting, beautiful lake, homey cabin

If you liked camp as a kid, you'll love this place. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of fans. 2 of the beds have new mattresses. The others are old but still OK. The bathroom description is unclear. There is a half bath off of the twin-bed room. There is also a toilet in the laundry room with bath tub. So, there are 3 toilets. The porch is fantastic. The TV doesn't work and no HDMI slot. You could stream on computer but then the wifi doesn't work for anyone else. It's not set up to all watch a movie together. Wifi is spotty and cell signal is weak so probably not easy to work remotely. We loved this place and found it interesting and homey. It is not for people who like brand-new, updated homes. The pictures are accurate and represent the stairs to the lake very well. The floating dock is great.
