A Thanksgiving disaster.
Our check in date was Tuesday, November 22nd. All information about checking in and checking out was sent to my home email on Wednesday the 23rd. and I do not receive emails on my phone.
Consequently, we had no knowledge of the key pad code, (which didn't work in any case, and the door was wide open when we arrived and couldn't be locked from the outside). What we were supposed to do on checkout, etc. Apparently, the previous renters did not get it either, as they left all their decomposing garbage under the sink.
I could go on and on about the rusty grill that should have been disposed of years ago, (wish I could post pictures of this, far more rust than grill) the gas fireplace that didn't work, the windows that were so covered with cobwebs and children's handprints you couldn't see out of some of them, the television that required three remotes to operate, the bathroom sink that wouldn't drain, the fact that there was one wash cloth and four towels in a house that is supposed to sleep 8 for four days, but I'm tired of thinking about how disappointing the entire experience was for over $2000.00 for four days.
Never again with this company.
