Fenced Yard with 2 Teak Dining Sets, 2 Gas Grills, outdoor shower and cornhole set, too. 209 Howard St. has central air and hi-speed wifi and the best location in all of Cape May. You can watch the horses and carriages go by or live music at The Chalfonte Thursday nights from the front porch with ceiling fans and romantic string lights. Off street parking for 5 cars. Beach chairs, umbrellas & beach carts for use during rental. 10 LCD TV's w/DVD Player (& 500+ DVD Movies including all kids' favorites) & cable and Roku Player with Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and all the premium channels on demand. Dog bowls, toys, crate & dedicated dog bed and chair, too! 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day. 2 Washers/dryers, 2 Dishwashers, too. This house has it all and is impeccably maintained by owner Ann. No Proms or 'Under 21' unless a few adult chaperones present.

My name is Ann Zemaitis and I have owned homes in Cape May since 1992. I'm sure I found the perfect 1882 Victorian House to restore almost 20 years ago and life hasn't been the same ever since. I put in the work and schedule yearly projects to keep the house modern and well maintained because I love 209 Howard and Cape May more than anywhere in the world. I find it a perfect & peaceful place for myself, my 2 sons Alex & Nick, and dogs, Umi & Bella. When in NYC, Ann works in residential real estate and owns and operates the first dog walking service in Tribeca the last 30 years.

THE BEST location in Cape May! 8 Bedrooms , 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, large dining room and 3 porches or decks makes this home inviting for a few families to reunite for vacation and make themselves perfectly at home. There are even 2 large first floor bedrooms for those who don't like steps (& a step-in shower and ADA height toilet in bathroom). Once you park (off street private parking for 5+ cars) you can walk anywhere in Cape May easily or just stay put & watch the horse & carriages go by or in season listen to the lovely music from the Chalfonte across the street because you have the best seat in the house! The beach and town are just 3 short blocks away. Plus, the house has everything you'll need (except sheets, which you can bring or buy). Everything is maintained & updated frequently, including bedding, furniture, rugs, pillows and more.
