Located in the Marais Girard district, just 200 meters from the beach via a pedestrian path, this 24 m² house is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you enter a living room with a lounge area (sofa, flat-screen TV), a dining area (table, chairs), and a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

One bedroom: a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe.

A shower room (shower cubicle and sink) with a separate toilet (but separated by a door) and a washing machine.

Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooking the living room and with sloping ceilings: a single bed (90 cm), a double bed (160 cm), and a clothes rack.

A baby cot is available.

Outdoor spaces:
The living room opens onto a private courtyard with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a sun lounger, and a parasol—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing after a day at the beach.

There is no private parking; parking is available on the street.

You will appreciate:

- the house's prime location, with pedestrian access to the beach (200m), the playground (200m), and cycle paths (150m). Several restaurants and seasonal shops are within a short walk.

- the courtyard with its garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining and offering a safe play area for children.

Pets are welcome. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
