About this property

Very nice seaside house with pool and views of the marshes.

House ground floor (80m2) ideally located between forest and sea, quiet.

It consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (140cm) and a bunk bed 2 * 90cm), 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets. a living / dining room, and a kitchen.

The house is fully equipped for a good stay: equipment, kitchen equipment and dishes well supplied, storage cabinets, television, deckchairs, garden tables and chairs, bicycles (3), barbecue and games for children, a child's bed available.

The house has no internet connection and therefore no wifi, the 3-4G works very well.

A large garden around the house, with a wooden deck and pool (unheated) with a beautiful view of the marshes of Querry-Pigeon.

The beach of Veillon is located 500 m from the house and is accessible either by the forest or by the road.
Numerous walks are possible from the house on foot or by bicycle.
The port of Bourgennay is located 1 km, the golf course 2 km and the sands of Olonne 11 km by the coastal road.

A comfortable house in a great location!

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this lovely property. The stylish house had everything we needed and the garden and pool were really peaceful, backing onto the marsh with beautiful views. The location was also excellent with everything within walking distance or a quick cycle. A really relaxing week, thank you, hopefully we will return! 😊

Maison très agréable, au calme complet et bien équipée (même si certaines casseroles ou poêles pourraient être changées). Bonne literie (c'est important).Tout est fait pour se détendre. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons pour sûr!

Naturlandschaft, typische Vendee-Ortslage in ihrer besten schönsten ursprünglichen Weise

trotz Wetterkapriolen wunderbar in freundlicher landestypischer Umgebung netter Menschen, mit allen Möglichkeiten der regionalen Besonderheiten und weitestgehend ohne Auto und mit Fahrrad und zu Fuß am Meer und im Umland erlebbar :-) ganz besonders schöne Lage der Unterkunft :-) ein Lieblingsort!

Très bel endroit très calme. La terrasse et la piscine donnent sur le marais où l’on aperçoit des chevaux et des oiseaux. Proche de la forêt et de la mer.

Très satisfaits de cette semaine, nous avons apprécié la maison, agréable et fonctionnelle, la piscine, le terrain de pétanque, les vélos mis à disposition mais aussi l'accueil du propriétaire, disponible et aimable. Dans les environs, tous les commerces nécessaires et pour les visites, le château de Talmont, le port de Bourgenay, la plage du Veillon, les marais, les ostréiculteurs, la ville des Sables d'Olonne et ses musées.

Vacances au calme

Très jolie maison dans un quartier calme de Talmont Saint Hilaire, vue dégagée sur les marais et sans vis a vis. La plage du Veillon est accessible à pied ce qui est très appréciable. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour entre ami ou en famille avec des couchages indépendants. Alexis le propriétaire est très disponible et nous a donné de bonnes adresses en début de séjour. C’est une très belle adresse er nous reviendrons surement. A bientôt

Tolles Haus, Tolles Ambiente

Wir waren zu viert in diesem Haus, und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist aufgeteilt in einen "Hauptteil" und ein Studio (alles unter einem Dach). Alles hat gepasst. Am meisten genossen haben wir die Terrasse mit Pool und Blick in die Marais. Der Strand kann zu Fuß erreicht werden.
