Holiday house with garden near the beach and golf course

The one-storey house with garden is located on the outskirts of Querry Pigeon (Port Bourgenay) and is only separated from the "Marais" (marsh meadows) by a very quiet residential street.

The master bedroom has a shower-bath suite, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. This bedroom has a separate entrance through the garage. One bedroom acts as a children's bedroom and is equipped with a bunk bed (2x80x190) and a baby crib.
The bedrooms are separated by a hallway from the open living and dining area with an open kitchen.

Open and covered terrace areas are available to the south and east.

The garage is only used as a storage room. B. used for bicycles. 2 cars can be parked on the property.

The distance to the beach is about 800m as the crow flies, which can be covered by bike in a few minutes through the forest. The sports harbor of Port Bourgenay and the 18 lock golf course "Golf Bluegreen Bourgenay" can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.

In the village there is a small supermarket, bakery, fishmongers etc. The next bigger town Talmont Saint-Hilaire can be reached by car in about 7 minutes.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et très bien située. Malgré que nous avons dû nettoyer la maison à notre arrivée (beaucoup de toiles d’araignées, de poussière et de poils d’animaux, mobilier de jardins sales), que la bonbonne de gaz du bbq était vide après une utilisation et les réponses tardives du propriétaire nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Je remercie le propriétaire pour son geste suite aux inconvénients.

Ein Traum von einem Haus

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus, welches hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, alles, einen herrlichen Garten mit Terrasse zum Essen, Nähe zum bezaubernden Strand. Einfach Wahnsinn.

Superbe séjour dans cette maison où tout est parfaitement conçu et équipé, idéalement placée à 10 minutes à pieds d'une magnifique et très vaste plage à laquelle on accède par une très jolie traversée de forêt ! Communication facile et très réactive avec le propriétaire, on recommande !

Abschalten und geniessen

Zentral UND ruhig. Nah am Strand und Dorfladen (gut gelaunte Verkäufer, große Auswahl an Lokalwaren). Das Haus ist geräumig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten bietet Privatsphäre an - auch am Nationalfeiertag, wenn ALLE da sind. Und das Bett ist groß - für französische Verhältnisse schon fast verschwenderisch ;) Es ist kein unpersönliches Appartement in einer Ferienanlage. Hier is man bei guten Freunden Zuhause.

Ruhiges Haus in schöner Umgebung

Die Kommunikation mit Patrick hat ganz hervorragend geklappt und er hat sich sehr bemüht, alles für uns passend zu machen. Das Haus ist gut, aber nur teilweise renoviert. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind schön. Der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine waren sehr praktisch im Alltag mit Kindern. Leider war bei unserer Anreise das Haus nicht entsprechend unserer Wünsche vorbereitet und wir mussten Betten teilweise selber beziehen. In puncto Sauberkeit hätten wir uns etwas mehr Gründlichkeit gewünscht. Der Garten bietet reichlich Privatsphäre und ist perfekt geeignet für Familien mit Kindern und Hundebesitzer. Man kann gut zu Fuss bis an den Strand laufen, ist aber gut 20 Minuten unterwegs. Der Spaziergang führt durch einen wunderschönen Wald. Es gibt auch einen unbewachten Hundestrand neben dem großen Strand mit Lifeguide. Das war für uns eine großer Pluspunkt. Hunde sind in der Regel überall willkommen.

Sejour agréable en famille

Maison proche plage et place avec petits commerces (faisable à pied et très rapide en vélo). Belles promenades en vélo à proximité. Maison donnant sur les marais, au calme... mais avec les moustiques. Maison très bien équipée (lave linge, sèche linge, lave-vaisselle, micro ondes, four, plaques cuisson, frigo et congélateur, 2 machines à café, bouilloire, grille pain, barbecue au gaz, vaisselle en quantité. Les photos sont prises en panoramique donc donnent une impression de plus de grandeur/d'espace.
