About this property

2017 ecologically renovated, high quality furnished cottage with yard.

The townhouse, built around 1890, we have completely renovated and furnished for three years with great attention to detail. Here we had a lot of ecological, high-quality construction and comfortable living. We deliberately chose natural materials such as loam plaster, lime paint and lots of solid wood.

A cozy leather sofa, oven and Hifi enjoyment in the living area, a gas hob, granite countertop and installation radio in the open kitchen, a floor-level Rainshower shower, XXL mirror and built-in radio in the bathroom, quality mattresses and blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a quiet ventilation system, wall heating every exterior wall, underfloor heating on the ground floor for pleasant warmth in the cold season are just some rough features here.

To relax after an eventful day invites you the romantic courtyard with a spacious terrace, comfortable seating and barbecue. The wonderfully prepared "old coal shed" can be used as a bicycle garage, as a playhouse for children and children or as a cozy shelter for smokers in bad weather.

The cottage is very centrally located near train station (5 minutes walk) and water district (8 minutes walk). The sights of the city are thus within easy walking distance.

4 Sterne Ferienwohnung in centraler Lage

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, hoher wohnkomfort und wirklich fußläufig zum Centrum, so das es Spaß macht die Stadt zu Fuß zu entdecken. Vermieter ist als Ansprechpartner schnell zur Stelle und läßt kaum einen Wunsch unerfüllt :)

Sehr schöne Stadt in einer für unser Gefühl kalten Unterkunft

Mächtig ökologisch diese Wohnung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei wärmeren Aussentemperaturen sicher sehr gemütlich. Innen konnten wir leider nur 21 Grad Celsius erreichen, mit Ofen in der Wohnstube ca. 22 Grad. Das ist für uns aber zu wenig, wenn wir still sitzen. Der schriftliche Hinweis doch in die Salztherme zu gehen, wenn einem zu kalt wird, fanden wir doch ziemlich geschmacklos, wie übrigens noch einige andere Hinweise zur Begrüßung. Die Stadt Lüneburg und die Umgebung sind allerdings sehr schön und haben so einiges wieder gut gemacht. Nur die ist für die Gesamtberertung von 4 Sternen verantwortlich. Für Kältestabile Menschen, halt Ökos, die auch zuhause so leben, eine aber trotzdem tolle Unterkunft.

Sehr geehrter Herr D, Erst einmal vielen Dank für das freundliche Telefonat zur Klärung. Ihre Kritik bezüglich der schriftlichen Hinweise nehmen wir ernst und werden diese umgehend umsetzen. Uns liegt viel daran, dass sich unsere Gäste wertgeschätzt und wohl fühlen und das soll sich natürlich auch an unseren Hinweistexten zeigen. Selbstverständlich soll auch kein Gast in unserem Ferienhaus frieren, auch hier wird umgehend nachgebessert. Für die entstandene Unstimmigkeit entschuldigen wir uns in aller Form und verbleiben mit besten Grüßen.

Es war alles gut die Wohnung ist schön und wir konnten bei gutem Wetter auch noch spät Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Ein super tolles kleines Ferienhaus, wo es an nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Die steile Treppe nach oben und fehlenden Fliegengitter sind die einzigen Kritikpunkte.
