Couples Condo

Visited in late April with another couple. Location is great! Beach was great! Spacious rooms and living area. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Balcony seating was nice, elevated bar set that gave a great view of ocean. Balcony was screened too, which kept the bugs away. King beds were decent, bath and towels as well. Parking was tight; 1 space under and 1 unmarked space out front. Closet with beach chairs and toys on lower level, as well as shower and bathrooms. Would probably stay here again.

ANNUAL SNOW-BIRDING

We love leaving the heavy snow and cold temperatures for this unit with beautiful views, amazing sunsets, and the comforts of home! The location is great and within walking distance of Bridge Street. Our family also enjoys meeting us and escaping to the beach with a flight to nearby Sarasota airport. Unfortunately you will have to bring your own beach chairs. Having them available to renters would be an added plus for those that drive to the beach. You also need to bring your own hairdryers. Our biggest disappointment was the communication with the Vacasa property management and local assistance. We will be back 2025!

Property was great. They were working on the stairs and left concrete dust on steps and railings all week to walk thru. Contacted Vacasa and they said it would be cleaned but never was

Beautiful View

This property was very nice. Furniture was clean and comfortable. The main bedroom was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The spare bedroom bed didn't look very comfortable, but the friend didn't mind it. My only complaint was there was only 1 trash bag. So if you fill it, then there is no replacement. We didn't want to go buy bags for just needing 1 bag. Overall, I/we would stay here again.
