The room was in a great location. The view was amazing, but it smelled very musty and we only had 4 bath towels for our 10 day stay. We also had 4 beach towels. We had to do laundry, but because it was a private owner we were not allowed to use the laundry facilities or any other resort perks. The Coconut market was fun and very close by. Poolside bar was great with friendly bar staff.

We are glad you enjoyed the view. We will check on the musty smell as we have never had that issue. The laundry room on site is for Aston guest that pay a daily resort fee. You could have requested a linen exchange for a fee which is less than a daily resort fee. It is also clearly noted in our information sorry you missed it. We hope you enjoyed Kauai and come again. The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, the facility was quiet, and the view was amazing!There was always a free parking spot available. The location is great because it is in between Poipu and Princeville. This facility has a medium-size refrigerator, toaster oven, and air conditioning.

Great location right on the water and walking/biking path up the east coast of Kauai and down to Lydgate Beach state park. Free parking which was nice. Some beach and shade trees with lawn chairs so you can walk a few steps to relax to the calming ocean sounds. Convenient and Island- centric spot right next to Coconut Grove shops and a few other restaurants. Kitchenette very small for cooking but functional for basic needs. All in all, a great, peaceful place to stay for a week.

Everything was great! The patio furniture was different from the photos. There is now a heavy wood bar height table and chairs. They were heavy and not comfortable. There is now a loveseat sofa inside which was nice. The ocean view is wonderful. Shower water is nice and hot. Wifi is perfect. Lots of walkable food options. Very nice laudromat about half mile away. It has a coin exchange machine and credit options.

Amazing location!

This is a wonderful property steps from the beach that almost seems private because of it’s low traffic. It’s a minute walk to great restaurants and shops. Super cute inside and everything you need for a great couples getaway!

Everything was great. Beautiful grounds. Couldn’t be closer to ocean. Able to watch every sunrise from lanai. Close to lava lava restaurant, sleeping giant take out restaurant and ABC store. Very quiet (except for ocean waves! ) . Would highly recommend this place! We were very happy

Parking was super easy you have a parking pass inside of your room. There’s a single air conditioner in the unit and it works beautifully. Didn’t need it during the day but like it a little extra cool at night the room was absolutely beautiful, falling asleep and waking up to those waves was incredible. The little table and chairs outside was the perfect little touch for coffee in the mornings watching the sunrise.

This area was perfect for us as a couple and was much more private than north/south shore. We felt less “touristy” but with plenty of things to do and easy access to north/south shore with a car. Highly recommend!

Great view

View was awesome! Great location on the island. Less than a hour from anywhere we wanted to go see. Close to airport but nice and quiet. Cooler was awesome to have on the days on the beach. Will stay there again.

Such a nice spot to explore Kaui from. Communication with host was easy and supportive. The space was clean, comfortable and Private. It was lovely being right in the water and getting up with the birds! After long days exploring it was nice to have some food options nearby.
