Tipsy Turtle Villa

This was an amazing property! Our family stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every min. The owners are very friendly and answered all of our questions. The villa was perfect for our three kids. The indoor pool was very convenient and the outdoor pools are great too! The resort is centrally located and is close to everything. This was the best beach we’ve ever swam on. I recommend this property to everyone.

Tanya went above and beyond

The owner went above and beyond when I told her there was broken beach equipment in the unit. She arranged for a new beach umbrella and boogie boards to be picked up at the local store. My only wish is that they had a washer and dryer inside the unit. It would have been very convenient.

Perfect Location

My daughter lives in Summerville, SC and we live in Indiana. This was the perfect location for us to meet for a vacation together. Everything was as pictured and very clean. It's about a 10min walk to the beach but it's a nice walk and everything is provided to make it easy. Wagon, umbrellas, chairs, & cooler. (not guaranteed of course) Nice bar on the beach that also serves food. The beach was not crowded even on the 4th of July. Everything you can think of within a 10-15 min drive as far as food, grocery, putt putt, shopping, etc. We needed a parking pass for my daughter so I messaged the host and it was completed immediately. She even went above to send us the schedule for the 4th. Everything provided in the kitchen that you can think of & lots of games that we enjoyed in the evening. Highly recommend staying here and I'm sure we will be back.

Fun family trip down from Ohio

We had an awesome stay at the Tipsy Turtle. From day 1 our communication with owner Tanya was great. She answered any and all questions we had before we made our trip down from Ohio. Upon arrival the condo was clean, cozy and decorated just like the pictures showed. Our 15 year old son had his own room with plenty of space for him. Our room was great with our own private bathroom. Balcony was screened in which helped with bugs if we sat outside. All appliances worked great and living room was our go to spot to chill out before bed. The resort offered a lot of activities (pools, sun deck, bike rentals) and were all easy to walk to. Our walk to the beach was long (about 10-15minutes) but we had a wagon supplied for us so we pulled everything we needed and headed out. The beach was awesome! It was not your typical crowded beach. We had plenty of room to spread out, get some sun, play some bocce and boogie board. Resort was located centrally on the island so drives to dinner and adventure out were not very far. Thank you Tanya for having us and we look forward to staying again very soon!

Grat place, great owner!

We traveled to Hilton Head to visit family. We wanted a place in the building with the indoor pool and hot tub. This was such a great selection! Close to the action (though no noise worries at night). The condo was clean and very nice (I love the decor). We had everything we needed. I'm neurotic about bugs and the owner assured me of her regular extermination (and we had no issues during our stay). I really want to stay here again so I hope I'm not competing against anyone reading this post for my next reservation!

An Amazing Place!

The Tipsy Turtle, located inside Hilton Head Resort, was the perfect place for me and my family. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfy and the kids enjoyed the games and beach toys. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels! Would definitely stay here again!
