Chamonix town center is only a 10-minute walk away, allowing guests to enjoy both tranquility and easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

This apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated former family home that belonged to my grandfather, combining authentic charm with modern comfort. Its greatest feature is the sunny balcony facing Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks, offering a magical setting to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Its exceptional location, peaceful yet close to the Brévent ski lifts and the town center, makes it a truly unique place to experience Chamonix.
