We had an amazing time staying here! It was the perfect place to stay at. We were able to walk to a lot of places and things we wanted to do. The apartment it’s self was perfect and fit our needs wonderfully!
Beautiful condo with all the comforts and conveniences we needed! Nice touches like beach towels, beach chairs, dedicated parking spot, and a pool. Close to shopping, Kona shopping, great restaurants! Host Helen was very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend!
So clean and comfortable. The kitchen was remarkably well stocked with equipment, knives, etc. And we did walk everywhere, including the little local beach and the snorkle rental shop. Highly recommend this stay
Will book again in the future, I really appreciated the cotton bed sheets, the dish sponge and paper towels , the hand soap and the laundry pods being supplied, the place was clean and had necessary things as well. Great place to stay if you’re looking to be within walking distance to downtown Kona and many events. Easy check-in and host was prompt and extremely responsive, often answering within a couple minutes.

Located at a walking distance from the sea and all the seafront shops and restaurants, this apartment is well equipped, clean and very convenient. We had complete and good indications to check-in. We recommend highly.

Overall, it was a good property to stay at. I did expect there to be coffee provided for guests and the pantry could have been better stocked with a few basic items, however the place was clean, quite, and easily accessible. An experience that I learned is to ask the host before booking what items come provided with the property.
The location is great, can walk into town but set back and quiet. Very clean and has everything . Good bed and linens. Good communication with owner. Nice artwork in condo. I enjoyed this home away from home and will book again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
One item that could use attention is the AC in bedroom please (old and too noisy to use), but for me not an issue as I prefer the fans .
I spent five nights at Helen's place while I was in town dealing with some family business. It was the perfect location--walking distance to Ali'i drive and the bay, and also to Safeway for groceries. It is located on Kuakini Highway, so it's easy to get to and convenient for driving around town. But it sits back and away from the road, so it is quiet and peaceful. The condo was spotless and comfortable, and had a nicely appointed kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. Helen was very responsive to my questions, and I had no problems whatsoever while I was there. I would definitely stay here again if I am in town.
Place was clean and cozy. Great location for groceries at Safeway and close to pier. Kitchen was all stocked and had everything you need plus a few additional items like a cooler and freezer packs. Host was great evening provided spare old towels for bike.
Very well appointed condo. It was clean, easy to find and described as the listing. There were clear instructions on how to access all of the amenities. We loved the location and the nice breeze we got with the security door and lanai doors open. The bed was super comfy, and we felt “at home”. The decor was absolutely beautiful.

Great property. Plenty of room and well stocked kitchen. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc.
This was a great place to stay - it was very roomy and updated. The assigned parking spot was great! The location was mostly convenient except it was a little difficult to cross the highway to get to kona shopping. The place was very clean - the only thing that could be improved is new bathroom towels (they were fairly stained and couldn't really tell if they were clean). Other than that we found this was a beautiful condo in the heart of Kona at a reasonable price!
Nice condo with assigned parking. Walking distance to the Pier and Al'hii Drive. Clean but somewhat sparse furnishings. Helen was very responsive. There is a homeless presence in the area (not in the complex but on the streets). Close to Safeway, Walmart, etc.
This property is well located and handy to grocery store, restaurants and the beach! Helen was easy to get ahold of when needed and very helpful. The condo is well cared for and clean. Our stay was amazing and would highly recommend.
