Villa of 120 m2 with swimming pool, located in Lauris, a commune in Vaucluse and in the Luberon regional natural park.
Pretty village with many shops, starting point for many hikes.
It is 50 minutes from the Aix en Provence or Avignon TGV station and 1 hour from Marseille airport.
Quiet villa, in a small housing estate closed by a gate.
Garden of 740 m2 with salt swimming pool, large terrace, swing and children's cabin.
A caution will be request.
On the ground floor:
- 1 master bedroom with double bed 140x200 cm and bathroom with walk-in shower + 1 separate toilet.
-Kitchen open to the 42 m2 living room with wood stove.
-1 TV with orange livebox + fiber
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed of 90x190 cm. Can be suitable for 2 adults or even 2 children or teenagers.
-1 child's bedroom with 1 bed of 70 cmx140 cm.
Possibility of providing a travel cot with mattress.
-1 bathroom with double sinks and bathtub.
-1 independent toilet.
