Drvena i romantična kuća na dvije etaže idealna je za parove I obitelj s djecom smjestena svega 5min od NP Plitvičkajezera, takoder u blizini kanjona rijeke Korane, Baraćevih špilja, ranch Dolinajelena te ranch Terra. Kuća se sastoji od tri drvene, odvojene spavaće sobe, svaka ima vlastitu kupaonicu i bračnim krevetom, 3 klima uređana, umutarnji kamin. Na raspolaganju imate kuhinju, vanjski namještaj i prostor za sjediti na balkonu, ljuljačku, perilicu rublja

Great rooms for an incredible experience near Plitvice Park!

Ivan's Etno Houses were a highlight of our holidays in Croatia, being very comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and ideally located near Plitvice Park.Ivan was also very able, responsive and heplful - we had an issue with our door knob, and he resolved it no time, living very close to the Etno houses.All that, and with an excellent price for quality.Highly recommended!

Croatian slice of heaven!

What beautiful and comfortable stay! The main house is cozy, surrounded by fields of green. Easy access to good restaurants, groceries and shopping. Great A/C! Big comfy beds for big guys like me at 6'5" 250lbs. Ivan is warm and welcoming as are his 2 dogs. A true pleasure to stay - wish we had more time to soak it all up.

The hosts were very welcoming and ensured our arrival went smoothly. We were a group of 5, with 2 cars. Plenty of space for all.The home is actually 3 separate units. It was fine for us - 4 adults and one 20 yr old. The main unit had a full size refrigerator and well stocked kitchen.One minor issue was we seemed to trip the power with our demand on electricity - phones, hair dryer, and AC units running seemed to overload the demand. The hosts quickly restored power and we adjusted our power usage.The location is ideal for visiting Plitvice National Park. Very close to grocery and Noah’s Bakery(very good)! Ours hosts recommended Deganje for great local dishes - portions were generous and reasonably priced.
