The location is exceptional: rue des Loritz, only 900 m from the large sandy beach of Vert Bois (watersports with surf schools and equipment rental, swimming school, lifeguard training school, shore fishing, land sailing, surfcasting, and beautiful sunsets). The state forest is just 300 m away (fitness trail, mountain biking, horse riding), and nearby you’ll find cycling paths accessible from both ends of rue des Loritz.
You won’t need your car to go swimming, surfing, fishing, or for walks and bike rides through the forest.
Shops in Grand-Village are just 10 minutes away by bike via a cycle path (or 3 minutes by car), a large supermarket is 3 km away, and several local markets are nearby.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge/freezer with cold-water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, food processors, etc.).
The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, which guests always love, and the toilet is separate. In the utility room, you’ll find a 9 kg washing machine.
There is high-speed fiber WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Freebox channels and a DVD player, plus a Hi-Fi sound system for music.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature motorized Velux windows with rain sensors, shutters, and automatic opening.

Outside, everything invites relaxation: a spacious terrace with a large dining table for family meals, a hammock, two deckchairs for naps, and a Weber barbecue. A pretty wooden shed allows you to store bikes and equipment, and there’s a hose for rinsing.

The house has excellent cork exterior insulation, keeping it comfortable in both summer and winter.
