Walk in and feel at home in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located within walking distance (.33 of a mile) from the ski area.

From the moment you walk in the door, large windows surround the living room and dining area, giving you the perfect amount of natural sunlight or the ideal view to watch the snow fall. Looking for that Netflix and chill day? Cozy up in the living room in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite shows. The living room also features a pull-out, queen size sofa bed.

With an open floor plan from the living room, you will find a large, stocked, chef's kitchen with everything you need for that perfect Apres ski meal. Display your culinary creations and enjoy a conversation around the dining room table located directly off the kitchen.

The downstairs features two bedrooms, both with queen size beds with one full sized futon located in one of the bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom on the lower floor and a full-size washer and dryer.
On the top floor, there is a large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a large bathtub and shower.

With a two-car garage, private hot tub, and close proximity to the ski area, this place is the perfect spot for your Steamboat vacation.

NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.

Wonderful Base

Just finished a great stay here with family. Well equipped kitchen; convenient location. The living room and bedrooms could use additional chairs and lamps, but otherwise just a great base for skiing Steamboat. Thanks.

Excellent stay

This was a great property and management company was very responsive on a couple questions we had regarding trash pickup, and an issue with entry code. My only comment was they should do a deep clean on master shower and they made a note to take care of it...

Great location and beautiful home!

The house is located close to the mountain and perfect for a ski trip. Only concern is that our group was 9 travelers and the space really fit 8 comfortably. Otherwise it was a terrific stay and would come back with a smaller group.
