Welcome to our exceptionally located studio apartment,

Located on the third floor with elevator, you'll find all the comforts you need: proximity to touristic places, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, television, coffee machine…

The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a small extra bed (preferably for children) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle.



Access



Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and the Harbor, less than 5 minutes away from the tram.

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Garibaldi Square, the port, and Place du Pin are highly popular and lively areas of Nice. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you there, all just steps from Old Town… Not to mention the beach and the Promenade des Anglais only 10 minutes away. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Bakery and supermarket are located very close to the building. Masséna Square and Avenue Jean Médecin are 15 minutes away. The location is ideal for exploring the city.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at the last stop Port Lympia. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away by walking, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
