Vanderbilt Beach Bungalow With Pool Bikes Paddle Board

This apartment is attached to our main house and is completely private with no connected access from the house to the apartment. The design of the apartment is inspired by local costal living as well from homes we have stayed in along the coast of the Yucatan. The bedrooms have tables crafted from local Florida Live Oak.
The apartment is two bedrooms, one bath, open floor plan living. You will have your own private outdoor sitting area as well as an above ground plunge pool to cool off in the warmer months. This space is ideal for a family of 4 or 5, (parents, and two or three small children). The Community is non-gated, very family friendly. You will be able to park one car in the parking space provided, in front of the apartment.
You will have your own private entrance as well as your own private patio sitting area. Check in is very easy, with the smart lock on front door. We live in the main home on the property, in the event you need assistance checking in or out. Also, if you need to drop off luggage or early check-in, just let us know and we will try to accommodate as long as the apartment is ready and not occupied.
