Welcome to this beautiful 42 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a double sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (Queen 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. A baby cot is available for guests traveling with infants, providing added comfort and convenience during your stay.

The bathroom features a shower, a hairdryer, a towel dryer, a mirror, and toilets.

The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; however, it is allowed on the balcony.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
