The total capacity of the two houses is 14 people. Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the spaciousness of these two houses on the same property, the light, and the charm of these homes designed to open onto the outdoors. The large garden, swimming pool, and numerous windows create a true haven of relaxation, ideal for families or groups of friends. The main house: The entrance leads into a fully equipped kitchen, bathed in light thanks to its many windows and glass doors. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a large dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The living/dining room, with a television, offers a warm and bright space, featuring a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, raised to the level of the dining table, complete with spits, for enjoying a dinner worthy of the finest restaurants. The decor is elegant and refined. Large windows open onto the terrace, garden, and pool, naturally extending the living spaces outdoors. On the ground floor, the master suite offers an exceptional setting with its cathedral ceiling and numerous bay windows providing unobstructed views of the garden and pool. It features a king-size bed (180 cm), a private bathroom, and a dressing room. A hallway also leads to a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and offers direct access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs, you will find several attic bedrooms: A first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), open shower room, and garden view. A second, more intimate bedroom with two single beds (90x200), ideal for children or friends. A third bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), cosy and quiet. A bathroom with double sinks completes this floor. The Guest House On the ground floor, the house, which can accommodate 6 people, comprises a beautiful, bright living room thanks to its many windows overlooking the surrounding nature. You will find a fitted and equipped kitchen area, a dining table, and a lounge with a television. There is also a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and its own small shower room. Upstairs, you will find two lovely bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm), and a second with a double bed (160 cm). A small shower room with a toilet completes this floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Outside, the approximately 2000 m² garden invites you to fully enjoy sunny days, with moments of relaxation, meals on the terrace, and swims in the pool. Parking is available on the property, with an adjoining partially converted barn adding to the authentic charm of the garden party atmosphere. A large barbecue is also available, as well as a ping-pong table and a swing. If you wish to bring your pet, please let us know in advance.
