We loved the green bin and are planning our return trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. The grain bin was very well renovated the beds were comfortable. It was a warm and welcoming environment. Had everything you needed.

What a great VRBO rental. So cute, fun decorations, most comfy beds, comfy furniture, cute little bench table in kitchen, and great patio area both levels. All in all this place is wonderful. Lots of room. Was perfect for our annual Girlz weekend, 5 of us! Would highly recommend this rental. If you’re ever in Phillipsburg, check it out!

A clean, very nice, one of a kind place to stay! We really enjoyed it, especially since the main gathering area had no tv, the tvs were in the loft, a downstairs den area, and the master bedroom. We got to have great family time and just visit, play games and enjoy each others company on the main floor.The shower was large with great water pressure and everything was awesome.

It was a great weekend! Having a full kitchen was a huge plus for us. The mini split upstairs was so helpful when the main floor got a bit hot. It cooled down so fast! Would totally recommend the bed were extremely comfortable and the place was just cozy in general.

We loved every minute of our stay. The property was a few blocks from downtown and provided the perfect place to connect with family. The deck, patio, and fire pit were highlights of our stay!
