The Lazy 8 Apartment

Soak up the stunning Pintlar mountains and Flint Creek Valley from our guest deck. Wildlife abounds in this Trophy Mule Deer game management unit, less than 1/2 mile from the Beaverhead Deer Lodge National Forest, hunters welcome. Additional lodging for larger hunting parties available. 15 minutes from the backside of Discovery Ski Area. This one bedroom, 3/4 bath apt. is built into our Monitor barn style home. Enjoy the your morning coffee gazing at the mtn. views from you private deck while you're being serenaded by Meadowlarks and Mountain Blue Birds. Accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Set the heat to 55°
Leave the space as found during check-in, less dirty linens and towels.
Set garbage outside entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband and I loved this place ! The setting is peaceful and beautiful ! The home is lovely and there is definitely evidence of detail in meeting the needs of the guests ! We saw deer in the land nearby and a bunny scooted across the yard . There was even a senior golden retriever that greeted us : )

This was my second time staying at The Lazy 8. Like my first stay, everything was fantastic. Got the opportunity to meet and spend time visiting with Craig during our stay, and enjoyed that time very much. Everything with this property is as advertised and very clean. Location, Location!

Beautiful setting with 360 degree views. Close to Philipsburg and an easy drive to Rock Creek. Apartment is well maintained and well supplied in all aspects. Host is great.

What A Great Place

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO's. This is the best if you like the Montana atmosphere with great views. Very clean, all amenities are excellent, good friendly dogs with owners, and owners are very personable. The history of the town is very interesting and has a world class brewery. Not many restaurants in the area, but had a better time cooking on the great smoker/grill at the unit and sitting on the porch enjoying the scenery and atmosphere. We highly recommend a stay.

Great little place for a couple. It's in the country and very quiet, but still only a few miles from town. Super comfortable bed, we slept like rocks. Will remember this place on our next trip to the area.

Great little place to stay. Nice and clean, property manager was friendly and helpful with everything. The only drawback was the rental apt. above has massage bed and you could hear it. Would stay again for sure. :)
