Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed (90 cm) with a television (the lower bunk is unusable), and a bathroom with a toilet. Amenities include a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, washing machine, dryer, television, Wi-Fi, and a smart speaker. Enclosed garden with terrace, several areas with garden furniture, gas barbecue, 1 sun lounger, 4 deck chairs, armchairs. Parking on the property. Pets allowed with prior approval from the owner. Cleaning fee of €200 available.
