Located within the exclusive St. George Plantation The Breakers is perfect for your large family. Features include; 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 full baths, new granite kitchen, large great room, elevator (upon request) expansive porches overlooking the Beach and much more. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. FORMERLY KNOW AS "PIECES OF EIGHT" Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo/CD, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Electric Fireplace, Elevator (upon request), Microwave, Outside Shower, Boardwalk to Beach, Grill, Table, Community Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts, and more.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth visit to the Breakers. Some items needs to be addressed.the door from the 3rd floor bedroom to the deck could not be opened. We complained twice to Suncoast but was never fixed.The dresser in the 2nd floor master has not been usable for the last two years. We have always found the property clean. The location is great.

The house had a great setup with the master bedroom and bath on the upper floor, and the rest of the rooms on the 2nd floor. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The walkway out to the beach was very manageable with only 8 steps down to the sand. Loved this house and definitely will come back!

Would like to see some updates in the house, furniture especially. In the main bathroom on the 3rd floor, mirror lights would be great for make-up application.
