Spread over two levels and offering approximately 100 m² of living space, the Cottage charms with its generous volumes and tasteful layout. On the ground floor, you will discover a spacious and light-filled living/dining room, ideal for sharing convivial moments. The space opens directly onto the terrace, naturally extending the living area outdoors. The open-plan kitchen, modern and fully equipped, allows you to cook with ease while staying at the heart of the home.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the house features upstairs three large bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190) as well as its own space with washbasin and shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Two separate toilets are available: one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a small garden of about 50 square meters, offering a pleasant space to relax. The terrace, measuring about 12 square meters, is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, making it ideal for al fresco dining. A garden shed is available for storing your bicycles.
