Great rural home near major spots

Lovely property in pretty rural location. As described and well equipped. Close to all spots, Dinan, St Malo, Mont St Michel by car (the nearest town is 45 minutes walk so a car is generally needed). Garden was mowed half way through trip which made it much better for the kids playing. Only gripe is communication and payment via Vrbo and Novasol was not that easy!

A lovely place where we stayed for a week. Very spacious, nicely renovated, well equipped and ideally situated for visits to Dinan, Cancale, St Malo and Dinard. Beautiful garden in a rural setting. The owner, who lives at the farm next door, was extremely nice and very helpful, but spoken and written communications with her need to be in French. I hope that we will come again, perhaps the next time with our daugter and her family, because it is a great place for a family holiday.I was less impressed by the agency, Novasol, which didn't respond to questions relating to the booking which I submitted via Vbro beyond providing the owner's phone number.

Super base for sightseeing

Nice, well appointed house that is out in the country but close to the major tourist destinations. Overall comfortable and spacious with just a few minor items missing (e.g. kitchen towels and liquid soap). Served as a good base for visiting St. Malo, Dinan and Mont St. Michel.

Nous avons adoré nos vacances, nous reviendrons c’est sure ! La maison est juste superbe ,on est à côté de tout ( St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale etc...)

Chaos of hopeless websites

The HomeAway website is awful on its own, but this property is administered by Novasol in Denmark, whose website is even worse. While the accommodation was absolutely fine, the combination of hopeless websites made it difficult to find even its address.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec le temps qui était très beau. Accueil agréable avec quelques petits produits locaux. agréables vacances au calme de la campagne tout près des sites à visiter

Maison vaste et très bien équipée sur une petite route sans issue, donc très peu de passage, sauf le voisin pour accéder chez lui. Grand pré devant la maison et jardin plus intime derrière pour repas par exemple. Beaucoup de visites possibles à proximité.

C'est un gîte à la campagne très calme. Il est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux, avec des produits locaux pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. La maison est bien située pour profiter de Dinard, Saint-Malo, Cancale...

Agréable séjour dans une location fonctionnelle et pleine de charme

Location avec beaucoup de charme... Parfaitement rénovée! Ensemble décoré avec goût, plaisir de se chauffer au bois surtout en cette période. Très bon accueil, avec ses "bonnes surprises" et attentions, merci encore pour le far Breton. Propriétaires agréables et à l'écoute malgré leur emploi du temps chargé. Très bien situé entre Dinan et la côte... Je recommande ou reviendrai
