Under the Pines on Lake Livingston- BEAUTIFUL WATER VIEW!

Enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Livingston from the spacious deck of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Onalaska family home. Our water view getaway offers two large bedrooms and a fabulous bunk room that will sleep up to 10 guests. The primary suite features a king-size bed with a private bathroom. There are two queen-size beds in a spacious second bedroom with access to a linen closet, a washing machine, and a dryer for our guests to use at their convenience. The bunk room offers additional sleeping space with comfort in mind for guests of all ages. The living room has a 55" Roku TV, and the back bedroom has a 50" Roku TV on a portable stand. The open kitchen, dining, and living area create the perfect space for families and friends to gather while on vacation. Our property is equipped with a propane grill located on the deck.

Wake up, ready to play on the water, or enjoy the breeze under the beautiful pine trees surrounding the property. There is a boat launch conveniently located across the street from the property, where guests can launch their boat (𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴) and fish off the pier, which can be seen right off the porch from the house. The fire pit is perfect for unwinding and relaxing as the sun sets, and your precious pets will surely enjoy the fenced-in yard. A propane grill is located on the deck.

Under the Pines on Lake Livingston is a completely renovated home. During the construction process, the owners of the neighboring lot put up a temporary barbed wire fence. We are in the process of building a safer and more attractive privacy fence on our property. Construction of the fence will be planned between reservations; construction will not take place during guests' time at the house.

Outstanding Girls Weekend Stay

Lake view and ease of access was perfect. Friday night band just across the water was so much fun. Walking on the pier, enjoying the sunrise and sunset, cooking in the fully furnished kitchen, falling into clean beds was just what we old gals needed!

Peaceful Getaway

This property was perfect for our Easter weekend. It was so nice to get away and enjoy the view of the water. My dogs loved the fenced in yard and the porch area as well. Everything was very clean and we felt safe with the area. We hope to visit again in the future!!

We enjoyed this lakefront retreat withour children and grandchildren. It had all the comforts of home in a spacious open gathering space. We loved the large deck and fenced yard. Morning fishing was relaxing and fun for all.

We loved staying at this cozy house. The Chaserz restaurant and bar is a very short walk. We brought our boat and enjoyed going to Pine Island. The house was very clean and had games, kayaks, beach towels and lots of extras! We will be returning!

This was a perfect getaway weekend with family at the lake. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children) to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable. The deck was a favorite hangout spot for all. We will definitely be returning.

House was very clean and up to date. The kitchen was well stocked and had tons of stuff that was useful such as extra ice maker on the counter, beach towels, life vest, and a popcorn maker. lovely little house near the lake

There were 9 of us 5 adults and 4 teen boys and we enjoyed gathering around the kitchen table, playing foosball, and other games during one of the hottest weeks in July. AC/fans were great, the breeze off the lake was wonderful AND the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The location near the restaurant was great. Wife got to take the teens over to shoot pool and play darts while eating. Kayaking was fun. Perfect Family Getaway!

This place was the perfect stay for us! Olivia & Donnie we’re the best hosts! The house had everything you could ever think of to accommodate its guests. The location is fabulous, beautiful views of the water and a cool waterfront bar & grill “Chaserz” right across the street! Tall Pines Lake House - 5/17-5/19

We were there for a 2 night stay and that wasn't long enough. House was clean and as described in listing. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck (where we spent most of our time) and the water view was our favorite. Olivia was very quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend this house. Will make plans to return! Fran & Wayne

Nice 1st visit to the area

The house was at the bottom of a steep hill, any further and you would be in the lake! The trees were full and lush and a nice backdrop to the view of the lake through the trees. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Olivia was great with communication and accommodated a last-minute date change which was very appreciated. The restaurant near the pier had just recently changed hands, it was a convenient quick dinner our first night. They did have music that night which we could hear, the next night it was much quieter, neighbors may have let them know. For our first time to the lake it was a nice location and a well equipped and comfortable home away from home.

Excellent TIME!!!

First of all Olivia (owner) was an amazing contribution to our successful vacay- great on communication. We drove from Colorado and it was a fantastic place to land - Very clean and well stocked! Beautiful view out the back patio. Water equipment that is on property was super fun on lake Livingston - we came at the hottest time of year but stayed nice and cool inside on our down time. We did a hike in Sam Houston National Park - Lone Peak trail and it was beautiful - 33 minutes from the house. The only hiccup we had was the access right behind the property has been fenced off as of that week because of issues of too many locals were not being respectful but that may get sorted out since it was brand new but there is still easy access down by Chesters. THANK YOU AGAIN OLIVIA!!! MADE GREAT MEMORIES!!!

It was an ok stay...

My family stayed for 2 nights. Check in was easy. There were spiders all over the entry ways and deck out back but, the house was clean and beds were comfortable. There were no blinds on the door leading to the deck in the evening people could see directly into the home. This was uncomfortable. There is an apt or hotel out front to the left, not shown in pics and the restaurant is closer than described. We were truly disappointed because there is no access to the lake from the property as the pictures made it seem. We had the view but were unable to do any swimming. This was one of the key reasons we chose this property. The BBQ pit was not clean but my husband brought ours so we were able to use our own. There was no where to put trash as the cans were not emptied from previous renters. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful with this issue. They did everything they could to help us. They reimbursed us for the extra can we went and bought and gave a little extra for the inconvenience, which is very appreciated. ***The major issue we had was with the plumbing.*** The shower in the master drained extremely slow so when showering, we were standing in water right below the ankle and the toilets kept clogging in both bathrooms. I did inform the owner of this issue through text and she stated they didn't realize they had this issue and it would be resolved. By this time, we were already leaving the property so hopefully, it was resolved before the next renter's arrived.
