A furnished terrace, equipped with a large barbecue, is at your disposal to share good times throughout the year. Just 10 minutes' drive from Goulven Bay, you can also enjoy the sea air and cool off.



Upon arrival at the house, you will discover the living area with its lounge corner, its sofas, its stove and its television. Just behind is the convivial dining table and behind another room with the kitchen and a second table. You will find everything you need to cook with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo.



The house has 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed (140/200)

Bedroom 3: equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a single camp bed for additional sleeping accommodation.



An office space is accessible on the floor, between the bedrooms, for people who would like to work remotely.



A bathroom is also at your disposal with a toilet and a hairdryer. Another toilet is separate. For added comfort, you will find a washing machine, an iron and a **travel cot and a high chair.**

Board games are also available for those who enjoy playing.



To park, you will have a large courtyard that can easily accommodate 6 vehicles

You can also discover the picturesque Pontusval lighthouse and remarkable maritime panoramas.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, depending on the level of comfort desired.

Any linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.
