Great stay

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Las Terrazas -always great value compared to some other areas inside the gates. The apartments are nice and having a golf cart and membership in the beach clubs and gym is really important to enjoy the stay. All in all a great 4 days!

Peaceful Retreat

This is a beautiful, quiet location overlooking the heated pool and water and palm trees on the golf course. The condo provided comfortable living spaces both inside and outside on the spacious patios. It was perfectly located for strolls on the walking paths or quick golf cart (rented separately) trips into town for meals and supplies and to the beach clubs. There is a nice kitchen for preparing basic meals.The staff responded quickly to questions and requests. I would happily stay here again.

We loved hosting Carla and the beautiful ladies that enjoy the place with her. She and her fiends were kind and super clean, left the place pristine. I hope we can have the pleasure to host them soon. Las Terrazas Punta Mita will always be waiting for you.

Not Up To Par

We were disappointed in the care of this property, which needed a fair amount of work. We got stuck in the elevator for almost 1/2 hour with no one answering our efforts for rescue. The cabinetry and furniture were in bad need of a handyman. Further problematic, the on-property “concierge” was often unresponsive. The golf cart light switch broke off, which resulted in no lights. I cannot recommend this place to others, particularly given the high price tag.

The resort area of Punta Mita far exceeded our expectations . It was our first trip to Mexico and we would definitely go back. Christina was an excellent hostess and she was able to help us with whatever we needed.

Las terrazas has beautiful views of the Punta Mita golf course. It is incredibly clean and well maintained. Cristina the property manager is OUTSTANDING ! Recommend highly !
