Convenient location, within a mile of most places we like (we like to walk). Good parking. We had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved immediately. Neighborhood was inviting and quiet. Guide to shopping and restaurants was helpful.

This was a very sweet apartment which was well equipped with kitchen necessities including some seasonings, oil and teas. We enjoyed walking through the quiet neighbourhood and spotted some deer two doors down. Some tourist destinations were within walking distance and others were a short drive. Should the opportunity arise, we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Has lots of character and is within walking distance to the harbor and parliament buildings. Bed was super comfy and was a cozy space for 2. Would definitely recommend

This suite is very charming, clean and well appointed. The heritage home is beautiful with very welcoming gardens and patios. The location is excellent, very walkable to downtown and offers plenty of off street parking. A great home away from home for our family's Deuce Days adventure.

Overall this was a great experience! We were in Victoria for a long weekend getaway and were very happy with the accommodations. The location was excellent, walking distance from Cook Street Village which we really enjoyed, especially the grocery store! Getting around was easy, we recommend taking public transit, it was easy, quick and inexpensive. The suite had all the essentials, was clean and charming. In the evening we sat outside and played cards and visited with the locals. Such a nice neighborhood with wonderful people. Another highlight was going to the Moss Street market on Saturday, also walking distance!

Quiet, relaxing

Our suite was clean and cozy, everything we might have needed was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely with restaurants and shops a short walk away. A comfy place with a great bed—perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing in Victoria.

Great location

Holly is a wonderful host for this lovely property. So many little extras were included and she was immediately responsive to our questions. The suite is in a great location, easily accessible by several bus lines and a short cab ride from downtown.

Great location, we could walk to restaurants, grocery store, downtown. The house was charming and our apartment was very sweet. It had a well supplied kitchen and was very quiet during out stay.

Quiet place and you can walk to downtown

The neighbourhood is quiet, so sleeping with windows open was not an issue. Also very convenient location, allowing you to walk every where, including from the Blackball ferry. Highly recommend.

Vintage Charm in Victoria

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely Inn near downtown Victoria. Easy walk to downtown, grocery, restaurants, park & beach. Loved walking through neighborhoods seeing deer, squirrels & even a peacock! Free parking was great as trying to find parking in Victoria is challenging. Host was great at communicating check in procedure as well as checking on us during the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing little suite!

I came to Victoria to visit my son and this is the perfect 1-2 person spot. The suite was so clean and Holly left a few little treats on arrival and was very prompt with any communication. I’ve already recommended this property to a few people. 5stars all around!
