About this property
T3 - Turquoise view, terrace and pool
On the 1st and last floor, in a quiet and green residence, this 55m2 apartment offers you one of the most striking panoramas in South Corsica: the bay of Favone and its intense turquoise blue waters, to be contemplated from your private terrace with barbecue.
The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen opening onto a south-east facing terrace. The beach of Favone is just 200 meters away.
In the residence, enjoy a good-sized swimming pool, a tennis court and a secure parking lot, everything you need for a holiday without constraints.
Shops, bakeries, water activities and restaurants are just a few steps away. Porto-Vecchio and its shops are just a short drive away. All along the way, the sumptuous beaches follow one another.
The apartment is not air-conditioned. A double exposure upstairs and the sea breeze guarantee cool nights. Two fans are at your disposal.
Ideal for 4 people, as a couple or as a family in the heart of Corsica.
