Welcome to the Palmer House. Our property is tucked away in the Village of Pinehurst just 3 miles from the center. The house sits on just under .5 acres. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with living areas designed to offer our guests their own slice of privacy after a long day on the course. Our goal is to make our guests feel like their at home in the Village of Pinehurst.

House was just as described! Was there for our Sons Wedding and the Palmer house was Very comfortable and extremely clean home . Will definitely will use the Palmer house again when we come back to Pinehurst . Excellent hosts and respond to questions very quickly. 10 out of 10 for us .

Lovely and Comfortable for a Family Visit

We are four siblings traveling to Pinehurst to visit a fifth sibling who lives in assisted living there. We always enjoy coming to Pinehurst and were glad to have found this house for our stay. The location was great. The house was well-appointed, immaculately clean, and had a lovely outdoor space. The hosts were responsive. We'd stay again.

Nice House

House was great, clean, close to where I needed to go. Only down side was back yard grass needed cutting, I was there with 2 small dogs, they got covered in little burs from the yard.

The house is very clean with comfortable furniture. It is in a peaceful neighborhood.Our only disappointment was the condition of the yard. We arrived to find 6 deer in the back yard. They had apparently pushed through the gate. The grass was very long, and the yard contained deer scat, so we were not comfortable letting our dog roam free off leash. I still rate the home as 5 stars overall because the yard maintenance is an easy fix and everything else about this home is very good.

5 Stars across the board!

I’ve stayed in 20-30 VRBO properties, and this was hands down the cleanest property we’ve stayed in. The house is very well stocked with everything you need (pots, pans, cooking utensils etc) and they were all in great condition (rare for a VRBO). Ease of check in was simple. The yard was great (very large) and the property was very peaceful. We were in the middle of a military move and they accommodated our dogs-and even had a dog water bowl waiting. Communication was great. Beds and furniture were awesome. I would gladly recommend their property to anyone needing a property in the vicinity of Moore County.

The Palmer house was a great home for us over Thanksgiving break. There was enough room for all family members is very clean with lots of amenities the backyard was huge great for playing ball with our grandson thanks

Comfortable modest luxury

We came to the area to celebrate Thanksgiving. 5 adults stayed at The Palmer House. The home was exactly as shown on the website. The property owners are fantastic!!! They replied to our questions very promptly. The home has been updated and so VERY clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Great place to stay when in the area. Definitely would book with these owners again and tell everyone I know to do so as well.

Excellent rental and experience

Beautiful property in southern pines. This house worked great for my family and had two kids under 3 with us. Hosts very responsive and didn’t have any issues during stay. Highly recommend renting if you are in pinehurst area!

Quiet convenience.

If you are looking for a place is clean, quiet and convenient to Pinehurst, look no further! This property is at the end of the road with plenty of parking and great outdoor entertaining space. The hosts emailed a very guidebook a couple of days before our rental started, and followed that with an email containing g the door code the day off. Very helpful. The property was easy to access.
