Estero Excellence

Host CJ provided a wonderful experience for our first snowbird season. Easy to reach and thorough instructions. Spacious 2 BR 2BA unit with large screened in lanai and gorgeous morning views of sunrise. Plus only 5 minute walk to pool/golf course. Additionally has a quaint neighborhood pool across the street from unit. Private detached garage convenient for storing golf clubs and beach chairs as well as car. Plenty of space for second car. First floor unit and no steps. Comfortable sectional and chair and three televisions. Filtered water from fridge negates need for bottled water and oven has a convenient air fryer option. Plenty of dishes, cookware, cups, dual coffee maker and utensils and washer/dryer. Large walk in closet in master BR and separate toilet/shower from sink area. Walking distance to Publix and several restaurants. On-site pool bar and restaurant enhance the experience. Five star review.
