Contemporary 50 m² apartment, spacious and bathed in natural light, ideally located in the central Port district—just a 10-minute walk from the sea and Place du Pin. Perfect for a vacation or an extended stay, it offers a comfortable and functional space with large windows, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and a 15 m² terrace.
Fully air-conditioned, the apartment is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6. It features a separate bedroom enclosed by a glass partition with a large wardrobe, as well as a hyper-comfortable 160x140 cm sofa bed in the intermediate room, which opens onto the terrace. The modern and inviting living area is separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a large functional glass partition and includes a fold-out sofa bed.
The 15 m² terrace is a standout feature, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. Located on the 3rd floor of a 1980s building with an elevator, the apartment offers an unobstructed view of trees in a neighborhood that is both quiet and highly central, with all amenities nearby. A Wonderful Stay!we had a fantastic time at this hotel! The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect—situated right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to walk to all the major city attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at this apartment in Nice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located in the Old Town, within walking distance of the port and many of Nice’s main attractions. There is also an Intermarché nearby, which was very convenient for buying groceries and other essentials.Pierre was a very friendly and helpful host. Communication was excellent throughout the stay, and he usually responded within an hour whenever we had a question or encountered a problem. We had a small issue with the key, but Pierre was able to resolve it quickly and easily.The check-out process was also very straightforward. Since we left early in the morning, it was easy to leave the key and check out without any complications.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Great location, clean apartment, excellent communication, and a very friendly host. Thank you, Pierre, for making our stay in Nice so enjoyable!

I had an amazing stay and experience with Pierre. He's delightful, the apartment's immaculate & exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed. Stunning garden terrace was the perfect place to relax, and the whole property was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend Pierre's appt & would happily stay there again.
