Hosts were top notch. Very helpful and quick to respond. We all enjoyed our stay. The master had the 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor with a nice big bathroom and closet. The half bath is on the 2nd floor as well. The place was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of seating in the living/dining/kitchen area. It says there’s no street parking but there are parking spaces at the end of the block, very close to the residence. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were as well. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable and very convenient to everything. We will stay there again when we return to Houston!!!

The townhouse itself was fantastic—spacious, quiet, and clean. We loved the garage, jacuzzi tub, and pool table! Biggest drawback was that communication with the company was confusing as the texts/emails we got seemed automated and when we replied or asked questions we would not get a response. Turns out you have to email the support email separately instead. No place to eat nearby and the area is separated from downtown/attractions by empty lots and highways so while we felt secure, we had to drive anywhere we went. Something to keep in mind in case visitors were not planning to rent a car.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
The house was in poor condition. The kitchen sink faucet was super loose, other faucets in the bathrooms were coming apart. The floors were dirty and sticky. There was visible mold in the bathrooms and swollen baseboards. The carpets were disgusting. In addition, the furniture was not as advertised. We had 6 people in the house and I checked to see if there would be enough seating in the living room for all of us. In the photos there is a couch and chairs, but when we got there there were no chairs and the couch is tiny. Only three of us couch relax in the living room. The pool table is falling apart, one of the pool sticks is completely bent and the foosball table is falling apart as well. We weren’t able to enjoy those items as a result. The living room couch is a joke, especially for a house that claims to house 10 people and it was also falling apart. My code wasn’t properly programmed so when I got there I wasn’t able to get in and it was dark. They claim that the area is nice and walkable but that is completely untrue, especially for women.

Hi Sascha, we appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the central location and smooth communication. We would like to clarify that during your stay, the only issue reported to us was regarding the dryer, which we acknowledged and immediately escalated to our team for resolution. Unfortunately, concerns about cleanliness, the stove, or pest issues were never mentioned to us during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have promptly addressed them to ensure your comfort. We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns in real time so we can provide immediate assistance. Thank you for staying with us, and safe travels!
