Just a 2 minute walk to the beach! The heated pool (and hot tub) is a rare gem on the island, and bigger than the typical condo pool. Yes, we've provided a beach wagon and some beach supplies too! Pictures don't do justice to this too charming condo. Not the bare bones you might find in other condos here, we've provided a fully stocked kitchen and amenities so you can bring your food and drinks, relax and start enjoying the island vibe. Also, with us, you have an entire garage option (for a small additional fee) if there are items (like surfboards, boogie boards kayaks, wind boards) that you want to bring and keep safe on or In the car! Quick Walk to Wanna Wanna beach bar, Kellys Irish pub, Surf’s Up retail beach shop, and golf cart rental, Dona Carmen’s Mexican food. Parrot eyes restaurant and water sports. 5 min car ride to to Crystal rose salon, island market grocery, and cafe karma coffee shop.

Located just one block from the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath home offers a perfect location. This second-floor corner condo has easy access to the first floor, ideal for a quick swim in the sparkling complex pool or a relaxing soak in the gated hot tub. Savor a refreshing beverage on your two balconies. You’ll love the sunlit interior, beach-themed decor, and the added bonus of no neighbors above. Inside, the living room features a sofa bed and a smart TV. Doors open to a balcony. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table seats six.

This home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the living area. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway.

Two shaded balconies provide plenty of seating. Community amenities include a heated all-season pool and a gated hot tub. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in front of the condo. Additional guest and street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This single-level condo is on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

Parking Notes: Assigned parking is available for 1 vehicle in front of the 212 garage door. The garage IS ALSO available for parking For an additional fee. Parking passes are located inside the home. Please return after your stay. Failure to return will result in a $25.00 fine.

Our family had a blast. This place was cozy but spacious for our family of 5! There was a thunderstorm that knocked power out, but the place stayed cool and comfortable for us. The walk to the beach was perfect, the rinse off areas were so convenient, and the location in my personal opinion was perfect!

Lovely, cozy stay

A truly wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, and I appreciated how responsive, clear, and up-front the host was when communicating. The pictures truly don't do the place justice as there are so many little details that make the place feel cozy and like a retreat. Very convenient to walk everywhere as well (especially the beach) and felt safe walking around too. What I was truly impressed by was how well-stocked the kitchen was - I was expecting basics (few pots/pans, utensils, salt/pepper), but they had absolutely everything you could need to cook and bake, including a nice mix of spices.

It’s a great condo

It was very clean and had everything you needed to have a great stay. The property manager was nice and very responsible. The only thing was the mini blinds did not work in the living room and bedroom. But I’m sure they will replace them. That being said it was very cozy and clean. We had an awesome time.
