Seascape Condo 303 South Padre Island, Great Condo, Great Location, Beachside!!

Great spacious 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo on the 3rd floor, NO elevator located interior beach-side of island. Seascape is a well maintained, quiet complex, located on E. Polaris. It's walking distance to the post office, movie theater, convenience
store (Stripes), Wanna Wanna Beach Restaurant & Bar (Great place to hang out),
the Beach, & the Bay. The complex does NOT have an elevator.

Master bedroom has a King size bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. A queen size electric inflatable mattress by Beautyrest is provided, as well as a Margarita Machine to make ice cold mouth-watering cocktails and slushies for kids.

Activities/Attractions: South Padre Island is a world renowned fishing destination, either deep sea or bay fishing charters available.
Enjoy some of the best seafood you've ever tasted at the local restaurants.
Other activities include horseback riding, snorkeling tours by Kamotion, surfing, golfing in Laguna Vista, jet skiing, parasailing, dolphin or sunset cruises, or just do nothing & relax (my personal favorite).

No Hassles!

We had the most amazing stay! Terry and his wife provide everything their guests may need for a comfortable amd pleasant stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Aside from the condo, they make the whole renting process easy and convenient making for great customer service. We look forward to our next stay.

Great condo close to Wanna Wanna and beach

We've stayed at this condo multiple times and really enjoy it. The furnishing are great. We've seen other units in this complex, and this condo is a step above on furnishing and comfort.

Nicely equipped

This is a great condo for relaxation and access to all of the island. Hosts have it very well set up, super nice furnishings and all the extra little things you might need to make your own food and enjoy your stay. Nice quiet and friendly neighbors staying in adjoining condos and the shared courtyard was very well kept. We enjoyed our stay!!

Weird property manager

The place was nice, but we kept getting weird calls and text messages that we were smoking pot on the balcony which we were not that we were parked in somebody else’s space when we were not even on property claiming that we had 6 people when we only had four it was just weird. I don’t know I like the place, but whoever was making these false accusations was just Adaline.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. Plenty of space for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't mind the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Close to the beach, just a quick few minute walk.

Very nice property with everything you need for a great stay. On 3rd floor so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Master bedroom/bath is awesome and separate full bathroom outside of second bedroom is great. Place was immaculate!

Perfect as ever!

This is our fifth or sixth time staying in this unit, and it was seamless as always - Terry is very responsive and the unit and property are very clean an well-maintained. The bed is super comfy and the location on the mid-north part of the island is pretty terrific. Can't wait to go back! Laurie & Joe

Great place to stay for beach getaway

We booked this fantastic place about a month ago and then hurricane Beryl was headed towards the Gulf coast! I stayed in communication with the host of the condo and was able to modify our trip which was beyond awesome. The good news is the hurricane moved further north so we were not affected. We booked our trip for a week and had a fantastic stay. I can’t rave enough accommodating this condo was. It literally had everything and then some for our stay. Great location! Literally a block and a half from beach access no need to drive. Just pack your wagon and walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable. The beds were great. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, this is your place!

A great first trip to South Padre Island!

This was our first time to visit SPI, and this condo was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach (access is right next to Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill) and the condo was FULLY stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and even had a closet full of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas. There is also a shower station which also has a hose right next to the pool - a necessity when you are at the beach! The owners were amazing with communication, always responding very quickly and even making special arrangements for us. A few things to note - you are on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have kids and lots of stuff, be prepared! After the first day of hauling the beach wagon up and down the stairs, we decided it was staying in the car when not at the beach. Trying to get it up/down the stairs was not fun. We did have some difficulty with slow internet (making the 2 bedroom TV's inoperable) and causing the main TV to buffer a lot. But this was apparently a Spectrum issue and the owners were talking with them to get a new router. It wasn't a problem for us since we weren't in the condo much. Also be aware that you only have one parking spot that is marked for the condo. Our last evening, we came back from dinner to find someone had parked in our spot but thankfully there was a guest spot open for us to park. But during the busy seasons, this could be an issue if guests are not respecting the designated parking spots. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider this condo on our next visit to SPI.

If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing and great time, then this is definitely the place for you! This is the third time I stay here, and it gets better everytime.
