A beautiful, restored Poitou-style house with 180 m² of living space. On the ground floor: a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (3 single beds), one bedroom (1 double bed), one bedroom (1 bed measuring 160 x 200), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Electric heating, firewood provided, DVD player, freezer, clothes dryer; sheet rental available. Linens included. Large enclosed garden with patio furniture, garage, and covered patio. This comfortable and well-equipped cottage offers a lovely view of the surrounding countryside and is situated off the beaten track in a very quiet hamlet. Above-ground pool on site (unsupervised swimming) open from May 15 to September 15.
