Very nice 5 th wheel on beautiful ranch property Not very private- there are 3 separate trailers next to each other.Camper was clean and comfortable with all supplies needed for a nice stay
If natural beauty, solitude, peace are what you're needing. This is the place to stay.
Came to learn the Gorgeous coast of Southern OR. The perfect site to stay for day trips up and down coast. This VRBO has everything for your needs. Very comfortable. Great experience.

This property is exactly what we needed after a very busy 3 days attending social events. Waking up in this beautiful serene area was a little slice of heaven. We loved the silence to reflect on the previous busy days. We will definitely be planning another stay in the near future.
We loved our too short stay in Sandpiper at Cornerstone Ranch. A spacious RV with a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Beautiful, peaceful location which felt in the middle of nowhere despite being a short way off the 101.
We'd definitely stay again, and communication from Bonnie was great.
Fantastically convenient location with only 2 miles from the Gold Beach/ 101 highway. But it feels like a real country :
no noise, beautiful green pastures/ hills with handsome horses grazing...
just a perfect place for a quiet retreat while visiting the South Oregon Coast with easy access to the North California coast as well.
A real, unique gem of a place to stay in the Gold Beach area !
After a long day of fishing, it was nice to come back to a very comfortable, quiet setting to relax. Bonnie made me feel at home. I had a very pleasant stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper RV at Cornerstone Ranch. This was a short visit for us, but we wouldn't have minded staying longer. The unit was clean and comfortable and the grounds were peaceful and quiet. We would surely stay again and will be referring others. Thank you.
Nice way to spend time. Waking up to open area with horses in pasture is pretty nice,
Wi-Fi didn’t connect for me

Nice trailer for the night
We had a good one night stay with spacious trailer for 2 with good bed. To get there can be a little tricky since the sign of the ranch is only visible from one side. if you drive in from the north coastline the sign is not visible and so easy to drive by etc. We had to contact the ranch for directions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the RV. It was nice to meet Bonnie and to see her farm animals. The RV was very clean, comfortable, equipped, and full of amenities. It even had WiFi, which was beyond our expectations. The kids were excited to see the horses, cows, and goats on the farm.
We would definitely choose this place for our next stay, if we ever decide to visit this place again.
What a beautiful location, and the host is so sweet! My hubby and I love camping, but didn't want to bring our travel trailer over the Sierra Nevada Mountains in winter and risk running into a storm. This was a perfect solution! Bonnie's 5th wheel trailer is really nice, has full hook-ups and is so comfy. They have the amenities of home (oven, wi-fi, TV, shower, etc.), but the ranch is secluded and serene. The trailer sits next to a creek and backs up to horses in a pasture with huge trees and lush grass all around. The other 2 trailers on either side of ours were occupied while we were there, but we barely noticed. 100% would love to come back again, maybe next time in summer! It's a lovely way to spend a holiday!
We both just needed a weekend getaway and this was the perfect location. We haven't spent much time in Gold Beach so this little RV was a good find not knowing much about the hotels locally. We loved that it was on the ranch and everywhere we looked there was green pastures or livestock roaming around. Even when it was rainy in the morning the fireplace made the RV cozy. Looks can be deceiving! The RV inside is huge! I was even able to do a short workout on the floor with my whole body spread out! We did wish there were a few more blankets as we pulled out the sofa in the front room to watch TV, but overall everything was well stocked. Be prepared for rest at night as the mattress has not been upgraded, it is a traditional RV mattress. Again, the bed is huge and plenty of space for my hubby that is 6'3". Thank you Bonnie for sharing your space. You were a gracious host.
