Villa Bella Vista is located oceanfront at the gated community of Martineau Beach Estates on the north shore of Vieques Island. The spacious villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and sleeps nine comfortably. There is covered outdoor seating, a large private swimming pool and absolutely spectacular and panoramic ocean views. A semi-private little beach is walking distance four doors down the hill. The home is ideally situated five minutes from the Vieques airport, five minutes to gas and groceries and ten minutes to restaurants in both Isabel II and Esperanza and the big beautiful beach at Sun Bay. The Fish and Wildlife Refuge is about a 15 minute drive, nothing on Vieques is far! PRTC Hotelier #0676204426. There are security cameras viewing the entry and pool.
