Situé sur Sainte-Barbe, le quartier le plus prisé de Saint-Jean de Luz, très jolie villa de plain-pied de construction traditionnelle aménagée avec soin, vous pouvez profiter de sa piscine, intimiste avec sa vue dégagée sur la colline, villa lumineuse ouverte au soleil, elle est équipée pour 4 personnes, elle dispose d'une salle à manger conviviale avec coin bibliothèque afin de profiter de moments de détente, un salon télévision s'ajoute à l'espace de vie, une cuisine indépendante bien équipée et très fonctionnelle ouvrant sur une grande véranda aménagée en espace repas et bureau, ouvrant sur la terrasse et piscine, vous profiterez d'un salon climatique extérieur très cosy, pour la partie nuit, deux chambres avec rangement, chambre 1 (lit 140), chambre 2 (lit 160), deux salles d'eau, 2 emplacement de parkings extérieur devant la maison, accès à la grande plage et commerces à pied à environ 1,5km.
